Week Three Meal Plan

Some weeks are easier to make healthy eating plans than others; This coming week we have two back-to-back nights of eating out at restaurants so instead of being dinner-centric this week, I’ll be posting about some of my snacks instead. This week, our meal plan consists of meals inspired by:

Snack: Blueberry Bran Muffins from Foodess

Tuesday: Birthday dinner out
Wednesday: Also dinner out
Thursday: Homemade pizza bagels
Friday: Healthy Baked Coconut Chicken from Organize Yourself Skinny
Saturday: Chicken Sausage and Squash Foil Pack from Hungry Girl
