Week Nine Meal Plan

Well after a week and half’s worth of emergency foundation repairs, we’re starting to resemble a bit of normalcy again in our household. I’m hoping that this will feel like a week where we feel “back on track” and so I am looking forward to sharing this week’s meal plan with all of you! It’s kind of an anomaly for me to only try one new recipe in a week, but hopefully having some of our more standard meals contributes to a stress-reduced week.

Snacks for the Week: Hard boiled eggs, tortilla chips & salsa, crackers & cheese, apples, bananas, baby carrots

Sunday: Leftover chili; still eating some things out of the freezer and this will be one of those “Gosh, I hope it’s actually chili” meals…

Monday: Pre-made ravioli and the Jamie Oliver 7-Veg Tomato Sauce

Tuesday: Pizza bagels

Wednesday: Dinner out

Thursday: Ham and Penne Skillet from Julie’s Eats and Treats

Friday: Burgers and Roasted Vegetables
