This weekend and the next weekend are all quite up in the air in terms of what we’re doing and where we’ll be, so I’m only planning on meal planning for Monday-Friday today.
Monday: Zucchini frittata and Jill’s Hash Brown Casserole from Campbell’s Kitchen
Tuesday: Turkey casserole from an old recipe
Wednesday: Slow-Cooker Shredded Beef Tacos from Gimme Some Oven
Thursday: Pizza on the Grill, using a tutorial from Amanda’s Cookin’… if I’m feeling adventurous enough!
Friday: Dinner out
