Well just when we thought we were done with contractors, we got confirmation that our air conditioner is toast. And we cannot replace the air conditioner without replacing the furnace as well (ironically enough, which will include drilling new venting pipes into our newly poured concrete wall!). This week will therefore include many quick, low-heat inducing meals.
Monday: Hamburgers topped with grilled pineapple and OKA cheese, homemade fries (I forgot to pick up the all-important hamburgers to make this meal last week…)
Tuesday: Chicken Avocado Ranch Burritos from Damn Delicious
Thursday: One Pot Stuffed Pepper Casserole from Damn Delicious
Friday: Homemade pizza
Saturday: Steak and salad [probably using the same marinade as from earlier this month]
