Well you win some, you lose some: this past week’s was a total bomb when it came to sticking to our meal plan. We ended up making 2/6 of our planned meals, so there’ll be some repeats in this week’s meal plan. It was just too hot to think by the time we got home from work and turning on the oven was definitely not appealing. Hopefully with the cooler temperatures this week, we’ll get back on track. Here’s the plan:
Monday: One Pot Stuffed Pepper Casserole from Damn Delicious
Tuesday: Homemade pizza
Wednesday: Charcuterie board
Thursday: Chicken fingers and homemade fries
Saturday: Dinner Out
While not overly ambitious, I think this is a realistic plan we can stick to, so please send some positive vibes our way!
